Welcome and thanks for visiting my site.

Usually, by the time somebody is looking at my website, they are pretty sure they would like to see a psychologist. Perhaps you are struggling with relationship issues, depression, or anxiety. Maybe it is a family member (or teenage child) whom you are concerned about. If this sounds like you or your situation, you are not alone and I can offer help.

Relationship issues are tough. It can be very difficut to decide what to do in an unhappy relationship or figure out how to change the relationship you are in. You may find yourself wondering how you and your significant other even got to this point. Usually, the people I see are experiencing very painful situations which they never would have dreamed of when they began their relationship. It hurts and can be very confusing. It can help to ease the pain when you have an objective person to discuss things with, who can offer you potential solutions and new ways of looking at things. Don't worry if your significant other doesn't want to join you for therapy. Real changes are possible even when one person in the relationship decides to begin therapy. Sometimes that person wants to make a change, and sometimes he or she is seeking greater clarification in their own mind about what to do.

If you are having problems with sleep, concentration, energy levels, irritability or change in mood, you may suffer from an anxiety or depressive disorder. I offer help to many people who are struggling with these issues. Typically, anxiety or depression affects many different areas of your life, including the way that you relate with others. I am here to offer you help to becoming your old self again.

To schedule an appointment, please call 832-876-3232. Rather than speaking with a receptionist, I answer and return my calls personally, giving you a chance to speak directly with me. Additionally, I usually make an effort to accomodate my schedule to fit new clients in within 1-3 days of your initial call.
